AI is evolving rapidly—from chat-based assistants to goal-driven agents, and now toward full-fledged AI applications built on agentic systems. In this session, we explore how Microsoft Foundry and the Microsoft Agent Framework enable this transition from experimentation to production-ready AI.

We’ll break down what actually changes when you move from prompts to agents, and from single-agent to multi-agent architectures. You’ll see how Microsoft Foundry brings together models, knowledge, tools, memory, orchestration, and observability into a unified platform for building AI apps and agents at scale.

The session concludes by looking beyond development—focusing on what’s needed to run agents in real enterprise environments: governance, security boundaries, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
